How do I register?
Go to the “Register” link in the top right hand corner and start a profile in the adult parent’s or guardian’s name. Returning players can simply login. Follow step by step instructions.
When do I register?
Online registration will be open from 2/1/2025 to 3/13/2025. All registrations after 3/13/2025 will be taken only upon availability which may vary by age division and will be subject to a $25 late fee. Late registrations must be requested to [email protected]. No refunds given after 3/15/2025. All refunds will be accessed a $10 processing fee.
How do I register multiple players or a player in multiple programs (example – OYB player and OYB umpire)?
You only need to set up one profile and then enter multiple players or programs within your profile. You can go back as often as you would like by following the “Login” link on the site.
Returning player?
Login to your profile and register your child with the saved information. You can also add a new player to your profile and register them under your existing account. Parent can have one profile for multiple players.
Can I request a teammate for my child?
We try our best to accommodate request for teammates in our Rookie (7-8) league but it is not a guarantee. In our 9-14 year old leagues teams are made up through a draft process so we are unable to place kids together. All requests should be put in the Request/Comment section during online registration.
Will my child be placed on a team if they miss tryouts or signs up late?
All player will be placed on teams at time of draft. Late signup will be placed randomly onto the teams in need of players.
How much are the league fees?
7-8 yr olds - $115
9-12 yr olds - $120
13-14 yr olds - $120
*$3 service fee is added to all registrations
**Age is based on what age the child will be on April 30th of the current year
When are the games?
Games will start on April 8th and end June 20th.
7 thru 14 age groups play Tuesday thru Friday eves. 7/8 yr olds also play Saturday mornings. Each team will play one or two games per week and the days of the week will vary week to week. We put out the schedule at the beginning of the season for planning purposes. Practice times are left up to the individual coaches.
What do I get with the registration fee?
Each player will be given a team jersey and team hat. Each team will play a minimum of 10 games weather permitting. We make every attempt to make up rain out games but some years the weather does not cooperate. The games will be played in a regular season and end of year tournament. Player is responsible to provide their own baseball pants, belt, socks, cleats, bat and glove.
